The Difference Analysis Of 24 Hours Urinary Protein, Urinary Sodium/potassium In Different Nations’ Essential Hypertensives In Xinjiang

Objective:To study the difference of 24 hours urineprotein, urinary sodium/potassium in the patients with essential hypertension of the Kazak, Uyghur, and Hannationality in Xinjiang.Methods:A total of 878 cases of essential hypertensives first definite diagnosed in The First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from March 2010 to January 2015 were recriuted.In which,362 cases was Han nationality,330cases wasUyghur and 186 cases was Kazak.24 hours urinary albumin.urinary microalbuminuria, urinary sodium, urinary potassium and levels of renin,angiotensin,aldosterone were determined and compared among three groups.The correlation of urine proteinand urinary potassium,urinary sodium were analyzed.ResultsrThe level of 24 hours urinary microalbuminuria of three nationality was insequence ofUyghur>Han>Kazak[(03.2±109.7)vs(163.5±54.9)vs(113.1±59.1)mg/24h, P<0.05];The level of 24 hours urinary sodium of Uyghur is lower than Kazak[(158.1±28.5)vs(173.9±70.5)mmol/24h,P<0.05].The level of 24 hours urinary potassiumofUyghur is higher than potassium[(42.00±7.4)vs(36.7±8.9)mmol/24h,P<0.05]. while24 hours urinary sodium/potassium was Uyghur<Han<Kazak[(3.36±0.230)vs (4.39±1.16)vs(5.36±1.64),P<0.05].24 hours urinary microalbuminuria and 24 hours urinary sodium/potassium was negatively correlated(r=-0.204,.P<0.05),but positively correlated to24 hours urinarypotassium(r=0.381,P<0.05)in Kazak patients.Conclusion:The level of 24 hoursurinary potassium,urinary sodium/potassium of the patients with essential hypertension of Uyghur are lower than the Kazakand Han nationality in Xinjiang,The level and the positive radio of 24 hours urinary microalbuminu -ria of Uyghur are higher than the Kazakand Han nationality.They have national difference.
