| Objective: to investigate the relationship between Microalbuminuria and sodium and potassium in blood and urine in patients with essential hypertension syndrome. Methods: According to the demands,300 patients with essential hypertension who were admitted to the Department of Hypertension in First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from August 2015 to March 2019 were divided into three groups:Urinary Microalbumin & Lt 30 MG/24 h and 30-300 mg/24 h of Microalbuminuria were used to collect the data of serum sodium, serum potassium,24-hour urine protein, urine Microalbuminuria, urine sodium and potassium, the levels of Urinary Microalbumin,Urinary Sodium,Urinary Potassium,Serum Sodium and serum potassium were analyzed. Results: There were obvious differences in BMI,creatinine, uric acid, ambulatory blood pressure daytime systolic blood pressure,Office diastolic pressure, blood potassium, blood sodium, urine sodium, urine potassium, blood sodium/Blood Potassium, urine sodium/urine potassium between the two groups(P<0.05).After single factor analysis,BMI,Serum Potassium,Serum Sodium,Serum Sodium/Serum Potassium,Creatinine, triglyceride, urine sodium, urine potassium, urine sodium/urine potassium and urine microalbumin were correlated, body Mass Index(BMI),Serum Potassium, serum sodium and creatinine were the influencing factors of microalbuminuria. Conclusion: Body Mass Index(BMI),Serum Potassium,Serum Sodium and creatinine are the influencing factors of microalbuminuria. |
