Objective:Discussion of harmine (HM) in canine pulmonary ischemia reperfu-sion injury and its possible mechanism. Method:12 healthy hybrid dogs were ran-domly divided into two groups,6 rats in each group. Control group:low potassiu-m dextran (LPD) protective solution, the experimental group:LPD+HM preserva-tion solution. Establishment of a canine lung model of ischemia reperfusion injury, and the clockwise irrigation method for protecting liquid lung perfusion. After isch-emia 2h, recovery left lung circulation. The left lung tissue and blood samples we-re collected from two groups of animal models in after reperfusion, and to detect and calculate their cytokines in lung wet to dry weight ratio. Collect bronchoalveo-lar lavage fluid (BALF), and observe the pathological indicators. Continuous meas-urement records the main pulmonary artery pressure, left and right pulmonary arter-y pressure. Result:Two groups of animal models in reperfusion 2h and 4h, there were no statistically significant differences between the left lung tissue and in blo-od IL-17, TNF-a and ET-1 content(P>0.05). After 4 h reperfusion in both groups, the BALF neutrophil number, the number of lymphocytes, alveolar edema, vascular wall damage exponentially experiments were not statistically significant(P>0.05). T wo groups of lung wet to dry weight ratio (W/D) was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Through the analysis of variance, two groups of models of the main p-ulmonary artery pressure, left pulmonary artery pressure and right pulmonary artery pressure also had no statistical significance(P>0.05). Conclusion:By cytokines, p-athological indicators of lung tissue wet to dry weight ratio and pulmonary arterial pressure were analyzed, HM situ temperature in canine lung ischemia-reperfusion i-njury model no significant lung protection. |
