In our country the dandelion abounds in Heilongjiang province.In this paper, the Dandelion Extract quality standards were detaile d, comprehensive study, on the foundation of original standard, establi shment of Dandelion Extract specific chromatogra methods, specific ch romatogra identification using the method of HPLC, methanol-acetic ac id as the mobile phase, gradient elution. In 120 minutes, we can com e to a conclusion that the chromatogram behavior is consistent in the five enterprise from the chromatogram. In the experiment,we acquired that satisfactory precision and reproducibility, the sample stability an d method resistance. We found that the specific chromatogra method v alidation of dandelion extract can be conduct the quality control speci fication.Not only we researched the specific chromatogra method validatio n of dandelion extract, but also making further research to the quality standard of dandelion extract. As prescription feeding, the Dandelion e xtract were contained in Chinese patent medicine of the ministry of h ealth, pharmaceutical standards 13. Pp.148, attched to the kind puqin tablet, its no other inspect items but production method. Makig a deta iled quality standard on dandelion extract through consulting the phar macopoeia and a large number of exploration about the experiment.The main purpose of this study is to further improve the quality st andard of dandelion extract, to better control their intrinsic quality. |
