International Prostate Symptom Score (IPSS), maximal urinary flow rate determination (Qmax), B (abdominal): prostate volume, bladder residual urine volume were significantly improved. Two groups of evaluation indicators were compared with significant difference (P<0.05).2. before treatment of TCM Syndrome Evaluation Index, International Prostate Symptom Score (IPSS), maximal urinary flow rate test (Qmax), B (abdominal):volume of the prostate, bladder residual urine volume index comparison between the two groups no significant difference (P>0.05). Between the two groups after treatment compared with significant difference (P<0.05), indicating that in improving TCM Syndrome Evaluation Index, International Prostate Symptom Score (IPSS), maximal urinary flow rate determination (Qmax), B (abdominal), prostate volume, residual urine volume in the bladder, acupuncture and moxibustion treatment is more effective than the traditional acupuncture group.Conclusions:1. Acupuncture and moxibustion therapy and traditional acupuncture treatment for the patients with benign prostate hyperplasia (kidney deficiency and blood stasis type) are effective, acupuncture and moxibustion treatment method is better than the traditional acupuncture treatment.2. Acupuncture and moxibustion and traditional acupuncture can be the evaluation index of TCM Syndromes of patients with kind of benign prostate hyperplasia (kidney deficiency and blood stasis type) reform, reduce international prostate symptom score, maximum urinary flow rate, decrease the volume of the prostate, bladder residual urine volume decreased with acupuncture and moxibustion treatment is superior to traditional acupuncture... |
