The Clinical Observation Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined With The Fire Needle Treatment Of Postherpetic Neuralgia

Objective:Clinical evaluation of FuZheng QuYu Tang joint fire needle therapy of postherpetic neuralgia and its impact on quality of life of patients, provide the basis for future clinical practice FuZheng QuYu Tang joint fire acupuncture postherpetic neuralgia.Methods:Postherpetic neuralgia patients diagnosed 72 cases of the press were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,36 cases in each group. Treatment group were given FuZheng QuYu Tang joint fire needle therapy. A control group received oral Zhen Qi Fu Zheng capsule, Blood stasis pill therapy. Two groups were 28d. Two groups of patients before and after treatment of clinical symptoms, VAS score, quality of life and safety.Results:The total effective rate was 91.67% in the control group, the total effective rate was 69.40%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). VAS scores than before treatment after treatment 7d has decreased, but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05); After 14d,21d, 28d treatment,their VAS score decreased significantly compared with before treatment, the differences were statistically specific significant(P<0.01); After 7d,14d,21 d treatment the VAS score decreased compared with the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05); the treatment group compared with the control group 28d VAS score was significantly reduced specific differences statistically significant(P<0.01). The treatment ended 3 months follow-up after treatment VAS score 28d despite the relatively lower, but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).End of treatment VAS scores between 3-month follow-up group, with a significant difference(P<0.01).Significantly reduced after treatment before Dermatology Life Quality Index (DLQI) scale score compared with treatment(P<0.01);between treatment groups after Dermatology Life Quality Index (DLQI) scale scores, with significant difference (P<0.01).Conelusion:The clinical efficacy of combination FuZheng QuYu Tang with fire needle treatment of postherpetic neuralgia certainly is an effective treatment, and better security. FuZheng QuYu Tang joint fire needle therapy can improve clinical postherpetic neuralgia pain patients, and better effect than the Chinese patent drug. FuZheng QuYu Tang joint fire needle therapy improves ribbon stable herpes zoster pain clinical efficacy. FuZheng QuYu Tang joint fire needle therapy can improve the quality of life of postherpetic neuralgia patients, and better effect than the Chinese patent drug.
