Clinical Curative Evaluation Of Xuan Zhi Soup Combined With Sertraline Treatment Of Premature Ejaculation Liver Qi Stagnation

Objective:By comparing observating the clinical effect of traditional chinese medicine "Xuan zhi tang" combined sertraline to only oral "Xuan zhi tang" and sertraline treating Premature ejaculation with stagnation of liver qi, Explore the clinical treatment of combined Chinese and Western medicine.Methods:Choosing 99 cases who were Patients with stagnation of liver qi,were randomized into treatment group, group A and group B. Each group had 33 patients.5 cases get off during treatment, actually 94 patients complete the study.30 cases in the treatment group were treated with "Xuan zhi tang" combined sertraline,32 cases in control group A treated with "Shuganzhixietang",32 cases in control group B treated with sertraline 1 month was a course of medical treatment, After the treatment and one month after treatment, three groups were followed up and detected by ejaeulation lateney、satisfaction of their spouses on the sexual life and the scores of CIPE-5.The results were analysized and statisted at the end of treatment.Results:After 1 month of treatment, the ejaeulation lateney satisfaction of their spouses on the sexual life and the scores of CIPE-5 result show that the treatment group was obviously superior than control groupA and B. (P<0.05), A month later after treatment result show that the treatment group was obviously superior to control group A and B. (P<0.05).Conclusions:1.traditional chinese medicine "Xuan zhi tang" combined sertraline is an effective method of treating premature ejaculation with stagnation of liver qi.2."Shuganzhixietang" combined sertraline can be significantly improve the average ejaculation latency、CIPE-5 score and satisfaction of their spouses on the sexual life of premature ejaculation, and it was better than only oral "Xuan zhi tang" and sertraline.
