Background:Coronary heart disease (CHD) is the most common and makes the most damaging to patients of heart disease, it takes serious harm to human health. CHD is a major disease that threat to the people’s lives. Unstable angina pectoris (UAP) is one of angina pectoris, that between stable angina pectoris (SAP) and acute myocardial infarction (AMI). It is a common type of acute coronary syndrome (ACS) that occurs based on the coronary atherosclerotic lesions. PCI is the treatment of unstable angina are commonly used, but the resulting problems of stent restenosis after PCI, but reduces the treatment effect, can through the clinical testing relevant sensitive indicators to identify such high-risk patients and take appropriate intervention measures to become the focus of current research. Now many scholars have a large number of studies have shown that cardiovascular disease markers in coronary heart disease (CHD) and its PCI postoperative condition change has certain prediction value judgment, including serum cTnI, hs-CPR and IL-6. Serum cTnI is a highly sensitive cell damage factor, can make detected myocardial cell micro focal lesion hs-CPR and IL-6 as inflammatory factor, change of myocardial cell damage is of high sensibility. Therefore, The serum cTnI, hs-CRP and IL-6 can be used as a risk factor for unstable angina pectoris, three kinds of factor binding can be used as a clinical diagnosis, prognosis evaluation, has important reference value and significance for the detection and prognosis of coronary heart disease and the disease after interventional therapy. Objective:Study of serum cTnI PCI in patients with unstable angina, hs CRP and the influence of IL-6, For the condition monitoring and prognosis of patients with unstable angina and provide clinical reference.Methods:40 UAP patients who meet the requirements were the experimental group that undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention, and the control group was 20 healthy who underwent coronary angiography, serum was separated from the 6 ml venous blood of the patients preoperative and postoperative, the levels of serum cTnI, hs-CRP and IL-6 before and after surgery 1h,6h,12h and 24h of two subjects were measured, then the results were analyzed statisticallyResults: ①.The serum levels of cTnI, hs-CRP and IL-6 before surgery in the experiment group were respectively(1.82±0.49) μg/L, (3.96±0.54) mg/L, (11.27±6.33) pg/L, higher than the levels in the control group (0.21±0.11) μg/L, (1.76±0.67) mg/L, (3.95±1.26) pg/L, (p<0.01). ②.The serum levels of cTnI of 6h,12h and 24h after surgery in the experiment group were higher than that before surgery (p<0.05).The serum levels of hs-CRP of 1h,6h, 12h and 24h after surgery in the experiment group were higher than that before surgery (p <0.05). The serum levels of IL-6 of 6h,12h after surgery in the experiment group were higher than that before surgery (p<0.05). ③.The serum levels of cTnl, hs-CRP and IL-6 of 1h,6h,12h and 24h after surgery in the control group were not higher than that before surgery (p>0.05).Conclusions:Dynamic joint detection serum cTnI, hs CRP and IL-6 primary PCI in patients with unstable angina has important reference value for making drug intervention plan and condition monitoring.
