| Background Chinese Taoist cognitive therapy is based on traditional culture of Chinese extraction of Taoist thought essence of preserve one’s health,draw lessons from the successful experience of modem psychotherapy,as long as suitable for stress disorder and neurosis patients.The occurrence of neurosis usually have personality factors,mainly emotional instability and neurotic tendencies.To improve this tendency can reduce the occurrence of psychological disorders.At this time of rapid economic growth,the competition between the enterprises more intense,workers have faced high pressure environment for a long time,job burnout problem become a common phenomenon.Job burnout not only harm to health of body and mind,will also reduce the work efficiency.Objective Understanding of enterprise staff job burnout status quo and the relationship mental detachment between job burnout and turnover intention; To explore the Taoist cognitive therapy on the effectiveness of the enterprise staff job burnout intervention.Methods The research survey and experiment two parts,research by cluster sampling method.The general situation questionnaire,the mental detachment scale and MBI-GS,a questionnaire survey was conducted to the enterprise of Xinge and Jinkai,In July 2013.400 questionnaires were issued,obtain 327 valid questionnaires.Experimental study by using the experimental group and control group,study from 54 in two enterprises management, intervention group and control group each 27 people.cure 7 times.using the software of SPSS17.0 for data processing.Statistical methods include descriptive statistics,contrast analysis,t test.correlation analysis and regression analysis.Results1.Spirit-detachment is a moderator between job burnout and turnover intention (â–³R2=0.010,Pï¼0.031)。2.After intervene, the mindfulness training group had higher difference values of the score of the Spirit-detachment (P=0.008) and lower difference values of the score of job burnout and turnover intention (P<0.05) than the waiting list control group. Spirit-detach-ment is a moderator between job burnout and turnover intention (â–³R2=0.240,P=0.004)。Conclusions1. Spirit-detachment is a regulatory role between job burnout and turnover intention.2. Taoist Cognitive Psychotherapy could increase individual’s spirit-detachment, reduce job burnout and turnover intention. |
