| Objective:Prenatal ultrasonography image data through the analysis of fetal congenital heart disease and congenital heart disease associated with extracardiac malformations, compared and elaborated in Han and Uygur difference and chromosomal abnormalities and the relation of both.Methods:Retrospective analysis in January 2011 to September 2014 in the xinjiang uygur autonomous region people’s hospital between ultrasound after antenatal ultrasound detection of fetal congenital heart disease in 210 cases, gestational age 18-38 weeks of gestation, the average (26±3.4) weeks;With complete follow-up data of 194 cases of gestational age 21~38 weeks, the average (25±2.2)weeks,and obtained in 89 cases (the rest cases did not obtain) for chromosome examination (amniocentesis, umbilical vessel puncture, noninvasive prenatal testing, NIPT, newborn) chromosome examination results, further analysis of the 194 cases of congenital heart disease complicated with heart malformations and the distribution and characteristics of. Using the difference between Uygur and Han Chi square test to compare cardiac abnormalities and abnormal heart with heart abnormalities both difference of chromosomal abnormalities and their.Results:194 cases included in the analysis, including chromosome examination of 89 cases autopsy 33 cases, long-term follow-up ultrasound and 37 cases with surgical results.The congenital heart disease in this study were obtained from 18 different categories, ranked the top five of congenital heart disease were ventricular septal defect (18.04%), Complete atrioven-tricular septal defect (11.34%), transposition of the great arteries (10.31%), double outlet of right ventricle (7.73%), hypoplastic right heart syndrome (7.73%). Congenital heart disease with heart malformation limb abnormalities in first place (20.99%). The abnormal rate of congenital heart disease with heart malformation fetus chromosome (52.38%) was higher than that of only with fetal congenital heart diseases (25.53%), the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (χ2=6.77, P=0.009). Uygur fetal congenital heart disease complicated with heart malformation incidence (43.6%) was higher than that of the Han nationality (22.2%), the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (χ2=8.320, P=0.004).Conclusion:Prenatal ultrasonography has important clinical significance in fetal congenital heart disease, congenital heart disease can be associated with other system abnormalities, congenital heart disease associated with extracardiac malformations is congenital heart disease incidence of chromosome abnormality is higher, congenital heart disease associated with extracardiac malformations racial difference. |
