Purpose:The incidence of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease increases every year and becomes one of the main diseases which threaten the health of human being.. With the development of medical technology, many new therapies are widely used in clinic, and more and more patients with coronary heart disease can be treated.. And treatment of coronary heart disease(CHD) no longer meet the onset of symptom relief, survived, but for comprehensively improve the recovery period health level and life quality, prevent and reduce the incidence rate and mortality rate. The rehabilitation therapy can promote the establishment of collateral circulation in ischemic myocardium, enhance cardiac function, improve the function of coronary reserve and exercise.. The TCM Method of internal and external treatment and traditional qigong practice together, characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine method to deal with the TCM Syndromes of coronary heart disease and external collapse of stains and meridian acupoint theory combined, use of meridians and acupoints and drugs Trinity compound traditional Chinese medicine external treatment method, and through evaluation on the efficacy, in order to explore traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation in the treatment of stable angina pectoris of new ideas and methods.Method: We selected 66 patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with the conditions of the patients were randomly divided into 2 groups(control group and treatment group), were given conventional treatment of Western medicine and traditional Qigong therapy and on the basis of the use of Yixin Tongbi Decoction by oral and topical treatment of XinTongTie;between two groups by statistical process analysis of no significant difference,comparable.Result: The total effective rate of two groups after statistical processing analysis of the difference between treatment group curative effect surpasses the control group;two groups in the improvement of patients with chest pain and chest symptoms were significant difference,but the treatment group in the improvement in patients with clinical symptoms,curative effect is obviously superior to the control group. Before and after treatment in treatment group of TCM syndromes in patients with integral is improved obviously,the control group patients with TCM syndrome integral,there was no significant difference in the,to improve the TCMsymptoms integral,treatment group was better than that of the control group;treatment group in the efficacy of TCM symptoms and isosorbide dinitrate stop reduction rate aspect curative effect significantly,significantly better than the control group.Conclusion: Yixin Tongbi Decoction and XinTongTie in the treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease in rehabilitation(phlegm and blood stasis type) treatment was lower than single western medicine with traditional method of conventional treatment of this rehabilitation therapy clinical symptoms improved obviously,can significantly improve the life quality of the patients,without any side effects,has great research and extension value.
