| Purpose: The best clinical efficacy, safety in the treatment of osteoporosis in this clinical study was to investigate the effect of spleen and kidney; the treatment group and control group, treatment group and control group based, were compared before and after treatment, to further explore the characteristics of treatment and safety of Chinese medicine treatment of osteoporosis.Method: Based on the 2013.8-2014.12 in the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Department of Geriatrics Patients with osteoporosis patients, patients with western medicine and TCM diagnostic criteria, inclusion criteria, a total of 60 patients were randomly divided into3 groups, 20 cases in each group; the treatment group of 20 cases using the comprehensive treatment of spleen and kidney, given Bushen Jiangu decoction combined with acupuncture and massage with spleen, 1 months to 1 course of treatment, a total of 2 cycles; the control group using a single method for the treatment of spleen and kidney, treated with Bushen Jiangu decoction treatment,1 months for the 1 course of treatment, a total of 2 courses; the foundation treatment group 20 cases, given a healthy life education and oral Caltrate D300 chewable tablets(Wyeth Pharmaceutical Co.Ltd, Zhunzi H10950030), 1 tablets 1times a day, for 2 months. Patients in each group respectively after the medication before and after the treatment record signs, symptoms, efficacy and safety index, according to the related evaluation indicators were observed. In the experiment such as the emergence of adverse events according to the real-time record and deal with them. Finally, the data analysis of SPSS19.0 system is carried out.Result: Based on the treatment of osteoporosis patients before about each syndrome, gender, age, course of disease of TCM syndrome and serum biochemical indexes had no significant difference in Statistics(P > 0.05).(1) the total effective rate of treatment group 95%, control group total effective rate 80%, P < 0.05, indicating that the treatment group and controlgroup in the treatment of osteoporosis, can relieve pain, improve bone density,the difference and the curative effect, the treatment group than the control group; the control group and the treatment group on the basis of treatment of bone curative effect of osteoporosis in a statistically significant difference,the control group is better than the treatment group; compared the treatment effect on the efficacy of the treatment group, the effective rate was significantly higher than other groups, indicating that the treatment group with drug treatment of osteoporosis is the most good.(2) the treatment group curative effect of osteoporosis spleen kidney yang deficiency main symptoms of low back pain. The total effective rate was 95%,80% in the control group, treatment group only reached 50% in treatment group,soreness and weakness of waist and knees; the total effective rate was 100%,70% in the control group, treatment group was 50%; lower extremity pain curative effect in the treatment group the total effective rate of 95%, 80% in the control group, treatment group was only 50%; Lower extremity weakness in the efficacy of the treatment group the total effective rate was 90%, 55% in the control group,treatment group only reached 25%; walking difficult curative effect of the treatment group the total effective rate was 80%, 55% in the control group,treatment group only reached 20%; secondary symptoms in addition to press tine shakes the contrast between the two groups P > 0.05, the remaining time. P <0.05; according to the treatment group and the control group compared the efficacy of the treatment group than that in the treatment of osteoporosis with Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney of the control group; the control group and the treatment group compared with that of control group curative effect is better; the comprehensive analysis, the total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of the control group and the treatment group based, the best effect the treatment group treatment of disease of spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome of osteoporosis.(3) the treatment group compared with the control group in the efficacy of intra group and inter group osteoporosis spleen kidney yang deficiency typesingle main symptoms before and after treatment: the treatment group in the treatment group compared before and after the addition of other single main symptoms of soreness and weakness of waist and knees improved significantly(P< 0.05), the treatment group compared with the control group after treatment,the results show that there are significant differences in low back pain,soreness and weakness of waist and knees, lower limb pain symptoms, the symptoms of treatment group improved better in treatment group and control group, Chinese medicine group compared before and after the single main symptoms improvement is not significant; the control group and the treatment group had no significant difference in improvement between groups and within groups of osteoporosis of spleen and kidney yang deficiency single main symptoms before and after treatment(P > 0.05).The comparison between the two groups(4) in osteoporosis spleen kidney yang deficiency syndrome total score significant decreased P < 0.05, scores of treatment group decreased than that of control group significantly lower than the control group, the integral basis of treatment group is more significant,the treatment group and control group in serum calcium, phosphorus analysis,P-Crosslaps there was no significant difference(P > 0.05), the other indexes of the treatment group compared with the control group there was significant difference in that, in the treatment group curative effect is better than the control group; the control group after treatment and foundation treatment groups in serum phosphorus index analysis, N-MID, beta-Crosslaps, other indicators of the control group and the based on comparison between groups had significant difference(P < 0.05); index comparison within each group, the treatment group,the control group before and after treatment with significant difference(P <0.05), in improving osteoporosis serum calcium, phosphorus, N-MID, bone density in treatment group was more dominant.(5) Subjects in the clinical observation of treatment group and control group and control group before and after treatment were safety index of examination items including blood routine, urine routine, the routine and liver and kidneyfunction, electrocardiogram, blood lipid and blood pressure check; check results:treatment group and control group and treatment group, the blood pressure, liver and kidney function, electrocardiogram, blood lipids, urine routine, blood routine, stool routine showed no abnormality before and after treatment, all patients in the clinical study of the groups of did not occur adverse events,and that the regimen in the treatment of drug and treatment technique of good safety based on safety evaluation standard requirements.Conclusion: The method of invigorating the spleen and tonifying the kidney in the treatment of osteoporosis, although treated with Bu shen Jian gu Decoction in the treatment of the curative effect of osteoporosis than simply taking Caltrate D300 chewable tablets, but this study shows that the use of Bu shen Jian gu Decoction(acupuncture, massage therapy with traditional Chinese medicine clinical symptoms) can significantly improve the osteoporosis, improve bone the density, the full range of invigorating the spleen and tonifying the kidney therapy, curative effect is exact, safe and reliable, has more advantages,because of my clinical skills, knowledge level is limited, not a better interpretation of the method, there are shortcomings need to be further improved and promotion. |
