| Purpose:To observe and study the clinical effect of fire needle prick with rehabilitation training of treating In order to develop an effective measure of traditional Chinese medicine to treat hemiplegia after stroke.Method:100 cases of stroke patients, dignosed by the Chinese and western medicine diagnostic criteria, were randomly separated into a treatment group treated by fire-needle combined with Brunnstrom therapy, and a control Bobath therapy group. Base treatment to stroke with conventional drugs was given to both group. After two month course of treatment, we observed two groups of curative effect, overall pattern of Brunnstrom therapy quality evaluation method is used, Fugl-Meyer motor function evaluation, daily life activities obstacles(ADL)to improve the situation, and presence of adverse reactions. Record all observation data and use SPSS17.0 statistical software to analyses them. The rationality of the two groups, balanced withx2 test, curative effect compared with t test.Result:In order to make the two groups before treatment was comparable, the two groups of patients with basic information such as age, sex, disease severity, no significant difference (P>0.05)was found between the treatment group and the control group. When the research was finished, ninety-nine patients were left at last, removing the dropped and missed data. Clinical result showed there was a significant difference of the Modified Barthel index between the two groups (P<0.0001), it means that fire needle prick with rehabilitation training shows an more effective curative result in the rehabilitation of activities of daily living. Also a significant difference of the Fugl-Meyer assessment was found between the two groups, prove that fire-needle with the Brunnstrom therapy improving its improving its extremities movement function is superior to pure therapy.Conclusion:Fire needle prick with Brunnstrom therapy for hemiplegia after stroke is far better than simple Brunnstrom training. |
