| Objective: Evaluation of Compound Shelong Capsules effect of the clinical treatment of Chronic Kidney Disease(CKD) proteinuria and the impact on the hormone withdrawal.Methods : The stratified,random,single –blind, parallel control groups,a prospective design principles are used in this survey. The Chronic Kidney Diseases who satisfied the inclusion criteria will be divided into pure Chinese medicine treatment group(1.5ɡ≤24-hour urinary protein quantitative<3.5ɡ,the plasma albumin>30g/L)120 cases and hormone and Chinese medicine treatment group(3.5ɡ≤24-hour urinary protein quantitative, the plasma albumin≤30g/L) 60 cases according to the 24-hour urinary protein quantitative. ①Pure Chinese medicine treatment group:120 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and the control group, each group had 60 patients.Patients in treatment group were given Compound Shelong Capsules four capsules each time, three times a day, oral use; and those in control group were given okra capsule five capsules each time, three times a day, oral use. Course of treatment are 12 weeks. ②hormone and Chinese medicine treatment group: 60 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and the control group, each group had 30 patients. The two groups were accepted the treatment oforal prednisone 1mg/(kg.d),once a day in the morning for 4 weeks. According to the24-hour urinary protein quantitative to set up the hormone how to reduce time and dose. If the patient whose 24-hour urinary protein quantitative ≥3.5ɡ to maintain the original dose; patients with 24-hour urinary protein quantitative <3.5ɡ to reduce10% of the original amount, the largest reduction shall not exceed 10mg;. Patients in treatment group were given Compound Shelong Capsules four capsules each time,three times a day, oral use. Course of treatment are 12 weeks.Results:(1) Pure Chinese medicine treatment group: Results in the treatment group, the symptoms and signs were significantly improved after treatment. The markedly effective rates of CKD curative effect were 60.34% and the total effective rates were91.38%,the total effective rates of TCM symptom were 96.55% in the treatment group. In the controls, the markedly effective rates of CKD curative effect were 28.81% and the total effective rates were 84.75%, the total effective rates of TCM symptom were 94.92%. The treatment group and control group with significant difference(P<0.01). There were no adverse side effects during the treatment, the function of liver and kidney and the blood and stool routines were also no obvious change after taking medicine.(2)Hormone treatment group: Results in the treatment group, the symptoms and signs were significantly improved after treatment. The markedly effective rates of CKD curative effect were 60.00% and the total effective rates were90.00%,the total effective rates of TCM symptom were 93.33% in the treatment group. In the controls,the markedly effective rates of CKD curative effect were 34.48% and the total effective rates were 86.21%, the total effective rates of TCM symptom were 89.66%.The treatment group and control group with significant difference(P<0.01). In the12 weeks of treatment, the treatment group was better than the control group in hormone withdrawal rate reduction,especially on week 10. After treatment, obvious decreases in 24-hour urinary protein quantitative and significant increase plasma albumin in both group. There were significant differences between before and after treatment(P < 0.05).After statistics processing, all the indexes between the two groups was no distinct difference before and after treatment with(P > 0.05).There were no adverse side effects during the treatment, the function of liver and kidney and the blood and stool routines were also no obvious change after taking medicine. It issafe and reliable.Conclusion: The mechanism of compound SheLong capsule could improve the signs and symptoms of patients with Chronic Kidney Disease(CKD), decrease the urine protein, synergy hormone to shorten the treatment time, antagonism hormone side effect, protect renal function, delay Chronic Kidney Disease(CKD) discovery process. |
