A Retrospective Clinical Analysis Of 332 Cases Of Drug Eruption Was In The Hospital Patients

Objective: To analyze the clinical data of 332 cases of hospitalized patients w ith drug eruption were analyzed retrospectively, to understand the epidemiological c haracteristics of drug eruption occurred, clinical features, laboratory examination.Methods: All of the 332 cases were selected from dermatology ward of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital which is affiliated to Xin Jiang Medicine University(Fr om January 2009 to July 2014), all patients were in line with drug eruption of der matology, the general information, clinical types, the incubation period, the type of sensitization drugs, laboratory examination indexes, hospitalization days and hospit alization expenses were retrospectively analyzed. All materials according to the illn ess severity can be divided into heavy and light and to compare the two groups. F or data using EXCEL software to establish corresponding cases hospitalized patients with drug eruption database, using SPSS 17.0 software on the information collecte d by statistical analysis,(P<0.05) to have statistical significance.Results:332 cases of hospitalized patients eruption sex ratio is about 1:1.20, severe drug eruption male to female ratio was 2.50:1, fixed drug eruption sex ratio 2.29:1. Eruption peak age of onset concentrated in 30 to 50 years old age group. 1/3 p atients with history of drug allergy drug eruption, rash eruption of the most comm on, accounting for 182 cases(54.82%), the average incubation period of eruption 6.16±11.943 days, and the most common allergenic drugs are antibiotics, anti-inflam matory medicine and medicine; eruption in patients with severe and light compared to a significant difference in terms of gender, age, incubation period, length of sta y, hospital costs.Conclusion: More women than men prone to eruption to eruption, mostly light, se vere drug eruption, and fixed drug eruption occurred males significantly more thanwomen. Common allergenic drugs followed by antibiotics, medicine, antipyretic an d analgesic drugs. Inpatient drug eruption is the most common type of eruption er uption rash, light eruption compared with patients with severe drug eruption age, t he incubation period, the liver and kidney dysfunction, length of stay, hospital cost s have a significant difference. Eruption in patients with immunoglobulin and comp lement may change, humoral immunity plays an important role in the pathogenesis of the eruption.
