The Clinical Observation Of Guben-Zhixie Decoction To Treatthetype Of Spleen-Kidneyyang Deficiemcy Of UC

ObjectivesObserve the clinical curative effect of Professor Xie Jingri’s experiential prescriptio n---gubenzhixie decoction in the aspect of treating the type of spleen---kidney yang deficienc yUC.Methods52 patients who conform to acceptable standard and eliminant standard are given tutor’s experiential guben-zhixie decoction to treat. All cases are from outpatient service of Digestive of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,which conform to acceptable standard from March in 2014 to March in 2015.Patient s ages are from 20 to 75,who are not limited to men and women.All the cases conform to UC gastroenterology and western medicine diagnosis standard of colonoscopy diagnosis.They are the type of spleen---kidney yang deficiency patients through TCM judgement.The period of observation is 12 weeks,who observes mainly the various situation of symptom sign in pretherapy and post---treatment.Carry on own control through accumulation,and carry out curative effect judgement.ResultsAfter 12 weeks treatment,with regard to gubenzhixie decoction,the effective rate of syndrome differentiation is 70.45%,total effective rate is95.46%.The clinical symptom get some improvement to some extend,and the treatment on diarrhea, bloody purulent stool, stomachache, abdominal distension have good curative effects Chinese medicine treats UC effectively,other symptoms have obvious improvement.Conclusions1.Gubenzhixie decoction can relieve the type of spleen-kidney yang deficiency UC effectively.2.Gubenzhixie decoction treats TCM syndrome such as:diarrhea; abdominal distension; tenesmus; the feeling of cold;tired,quiet and unwilling to talks;sorness and weakness of waist and knees;anorexia,which has a good effect.
