Objective: Clinical efficacy of the method of warming the kidney and strengthening the spleen in the treatment of ulcerative colitis(spleen-kidney yang deficiency type)Methods: Sixty-four patients were collected from the outpatient clinic of the Department of Anorectal Medicine of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and all patients met the diagnosis of UC in Western medicine and Chinese medicine, and were divided into a control group and a treatment group of 32 patients each, and both groups were given Sishenwan and Warm Kidney and Healthy Spleen Soup orally for a period of 8 weeks on the basis of enema treatment, and the data were recorded for statistical analysis. Results: There was no difference in general gender and other data between the two groups before treatment. There was no difference in the comparison of single symptom scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);there was a difference in the comparison of single symptom scores between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05),among which there was no difference in the data analysis of oligophrenia nadir in the single symptom scores(P>0.05);there was a difference in the data analysis of single symptom scores between the two groups before and after treatment(P < 0.05).There was no difference in the data comparison of total symptom score before treatment between the two groups of patients(P>0.05),and there was a difference in the data comparison of total symptom score after treatment between the two groups of patients(P<0.05).There was a difference in the comparison of the efficacy of the symptoms after treatment between the two groups(P < 0.05),and the total effective rate of the treatment group was better than the total effective rate of the control group. Conclusion: The treatment of ulcerative colitis(spleen-kidney Yang deficiency type)by warming the kidney and strengthening the spleen method can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients, and has the advantages of clinical value and low price, which is worth promoting the application and further research.
