Awn Needle Therapy For Stroke Recoveryclinical Observation Of Limb Movement Disorders

Objective:Through randomized controlled method,observe the awn needle stab through treatment the clinical curative effect of stroke recovery limbs dyskinesia, compare awn needle through thorn and the ordinary acupuncture treatment group curative effect in the control group, and to study the effect of awn needle stab through treatment of the disease mechanism and clinical significance.Methods:60 patients with into the standard stroke, according to random number table were randomly divided into awn needle stab through treatment group cases and ordinary acupuncture control group 30 cases each. Routine acupuncture control group, treatment group selection jianliao(SJ14)through naohui(SJ13), jianyu(L115)through binao(LI14),Quchi(LI11) through waiguan(SJ5).biguan(ST31)through futu(ST32), yanglingquan(GB34) through chengshan(BL57),fenglong(ST40)through xuanzhong(GB39)by awn needle thorn, other routine acupoints and acupuncture. Every 30 minutes,1 times a day. Acupuncture 6 days rest for a day,4 weeks for a period of treatment, a total of treatment 1 course of treatment. Observe the change of the cases of both groups before and after treatment, compared before and after the group itself and compared between groups.Results:1.The treatment group and control group in two way, before and after treatment in neural function defect scale (NDS), simplified Fugl-Meyer movement function score(FMA), daily life score ability(ADL) status had significant difference (P< 0.05), both groups can improve the recovery of stroke patients with limb movement function.2.The treatment group and control group comparison between the two way, after treatment in neural function defect scale (NDS), the simplified Fugl-Meyer movement function score(FMA), daily life ability condition score(ADL) had significant difference (P< 0.05), indicating that the treatment group is better than the control group.3.The treatment group total effectiveness 90.00%, control group total effective rate 83.33%, two groups total effective rate is statistically significant difference (P< 0.05), indicating that the treatment group is better than the control group.Conclusion:1.The awn needle penetration and traditional acupuncture methods can effectively reduce the clinical nerve function score(NDS) of stroke patients, improve Fugl-Meyer score(FMA), improve the ability of daily life grade(ADL), improve stroke recovery in patients with limb movement function.2.The awn needle stab through treatment the curative effect of stroke recovery limbs dyskinesia is superior to conventional acupuncture treatment.
