Qi Thorn Shoulder Four Cavity Treatment After A Stroke Shoulder Pain Of Clinical Observation

Objective:To observed clinical efficacy Qi thorn shoulder shoulder pain after stroke four points for the clinical treatment of these patients to find better ways to reduce the suffering of patients, improve upper extremity mobility, improve quality of life.Methods:Met the inclusion criteria of 60 cases of patients after stroke shoulder pain, Were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group 30 cases,30 cases in the control group. In the control group, the treatment group received acupuncture treatment on the basis of the traditional Jianqian,Jianyu,Jianzhen,Jianliao using Qi thorn tactics.18 cases were male and 12 females, mean age 57.23±7.28 years, mean duration of 82.07±27.25 days.The control group using traditional acupuncture treatment,19 cases were male,11 female, mean age 56.67±8.60 years, mean duration of 79.47± 28.56 days.Day treatment groups were 1,6 days for a course of treatment to rest one day, after four successive courses of treatment. Patients were assessed before and after treatment. Two groups of patients before and after treatment were observed in VAS scores and upper limb motor function Fug-meyer score improvement.Results:Needling shoulder four points of the treatment group and a control group of traditional acupuncture can reduce the VAS score, improve upper limb motor function Fug-meyer score. Before treatment, gender, age, duration, VAS score and improve upper limb motor function Fug-meyer scores showed no significant difference (P>0.05),There was a significant difference (P<0.05) in the treatment group before and after treatment group, Between treatment groups was significantly different compared (P<0.05), the treatment group scores were significantly better than the control group, the two groups was statistically significant, Needling shoulder treatment showed four points in improving shoulder pain and upper limb motor function, significantly better than the control group.Conclusions:Qi shoulder stab four points method can effectively reduce the patient visual analog scale (VAS), to improve upper limb function Fugl-Meyer score, can be used to treat patients with shoulder pain after stroke. Qi shoulder stab four points method and the traditional method of acupuncture are effective for shoulder pain after stroke, but the treatment group than the control group.
