Objective:through the combined determination of serum P-select element, placental growth factor (PIGF), matrix metalloproteinases 9 (MMP 9) and to observe its in acute myocardial infarction (ami), unstable angina, stable angina pectoris and imaging different expression levels in the general population, in order to explore its role in the process of progress on the pathogenesis of ACS, so as to explore a kind of can early recognition can even predict the ACS occur early diagnostic methods, prevention and control of the ACS effectively.Methods:in April 2014 to October 2014, xinjiang uygur autonomous region people’s hospital heart coronary angiography examination,509 cases of patients, with stable angina pectoris (SAP) group 118 cases, unstable angina pectoris (UAP) group 142 cases and 99 cases of acute myocardial infarction (AMI) group,150 cases of normal control (NC) groups.In patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) confirmed according to the world health organization (WHO) diagnosis standard and relevant guidelines of the Chinese medical association.Using enzyme-linked immunoassay, respectively four groups of patients serum P-select element, concentration of PIGF, MMP-9.To adopt SPSS17.0 statistical software for data analysis and comparison, with P< 0.05 as a statistically significant difference.Results:(1) the SAP group, the UAP group, AMI group serum P-select element, PIGF, MMP-9 levels were higher than in normal control group (P< 0.05);UAP group, the AMI group serum P-select element, PIGF, MMP-9 concentrations were higher than in SAP (P< 0.05);AMI group serum P-select element, PIGF, MMP-9 concentration is higher than UAP group (P< 0.05).(2) compared with control group, the concentration of P-select element, PIGF in single lesion, the double branch lesion group and three more step by step the lesion group (P< 0.05);Concentration of MMP-9 double branch lesions, the three lesion group were higher than in single lesion group, double branch lesions and pathological changes of three groups has no statistically significant difference (P> 0.05).(3) P-select element, PIGF, MMP-9 is obvious positive correlation between (P< 0.05).Conclusion:the serum levels of P-select element, PIGF, MMP-9 levels rise and the occurrence of acute coronary syndrome and coronary pathological changes is closely related to the severity, can be used as a judgment in patients with ACS atheromatous plaque observation patient’s condition is stable and the serological indicator.
