Objesctive:This study aims to investigate the effect of psychological pressure on the level of blood pressure, blood lipid, Angâ…¡ and aldosterone in yong and middle-aged patients with hypertention. In addition,we discuss the relationship among AngI,aldosterone(ALD,blood pressure and blood lipid. Methods:According to the diagnosis standard of hypertension and the inclusion and exclusion criteria, we radomized 720 outpatients and inpatients during the year from March 2013 to March 2014 in the fifth affiliated hospital of Xinjiang Medicine University as research objects. Basic information is recorded. The level of their blood pressure, blood lipid, Angâ…¡ and aldosterone are measured. All the participants are ask to complete Chinese Perceived Stress Scale(CPSS) at baseline. We divide them into four groups:high psychological pressure hypertension group(HPPH,n=180),low psychological pressure hypertension group(LPPH,n=180),high psychological pressure control group(HPPC,n=180) and low psychological pressure control group(LPPC,n= 180).Then we analyse the level of blood pressure, blood lipid, Angâ…¡ and aldosterone in appropriate statiscal methods.Results:(1)Results of variance analysis show that:The level of SBP, DBP, TC, TG, LDL-C, Ang â…¡ and ALD of HPPH group is higher than that of the other groups. The level of SBP, DBP, TC, TG, LDL-C, Ang â…¡ and ALD of LPPH group is higer than that of HPPC and LPPC groups. The level of SBP, DBP, TC, TG, LDL-C, Ang II and ALD of HPPC group is higer than that of LPPC group. While the HDL-C level is the opposite. Differences are statistically significant.(2)Results of factorial variance analysis show that:psychological pressure and blood pressure could have effects on TC, TG, HDL-C and LDL-C(P<0.05). While there is no interaction among them(P>0.05).Psychological pressure and blood pressure could have effects on SBP, DBP, Ang â…¡ and ALD(.P<0.05),and they have interacional effect as well(P>0.05). (3)Linear correlation analysis shows that Angâ…¡ is positively correlated with TC(r=0.274, P=0.000),TG(r=0.314, P=0.000), LDL-C(r=0.250,P=0.000),SBP(r=0.452,P=0.000) and DBP(r=0.454,P=0.000).While Ang â…¡ is negatively correlated with HDL-C(r=-0.172, P=0.000).ALD and TC(r=0.270, P=0.000),TG(r=0.289, P=0.000),LDL-C(r= 0.218,P=0.000),SBP(R=0.450,P=0.000), DBP(r=0.352,P=0.000) are positively correlated with each other. ALD and HDL-C(r=-0.150,P=0.000)are negatively correlated with each other.Conclusion:(1)It shows a positive correlation between psychological pressure and the blood pressure level in yong and middle-aged patients with hepertension. (2)There is a positive correlation between psychological pressure and the blood lipid level, while a negative correlation between psychological pressure and LDL-C level in yong and middle-aged patients with hypertension.(3)High psychological pressure may cause increased Ang â…¡ and ALD levels, and then result in an increase of blood presure and blood lipid level in yong and middle-aged patients with hypertension.
