Objective:To investigate the related risk factors of aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage (aneuryismal subarachnoid hemorrhage, aSAH) vasospasm (cerebral vasospasm, CVS), provide the basis for its clinical prevention and treatment. Methods:from March 2012 to March 2014, First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University Department of Neurosurgery, A retrospective analysis of clinicaldata was conducted aSAH patients treated 255 cases, including the analysis of admission age, gender, ethnicity, history of hypertension, smoking history, arterial tumor site, improved Fisher grading, admission Hunt-Hess grade, with a small dosage of Nimodipine, dehydrating agent, white blood cell count, blood glucose, blood lipids(glycerin trilaurate), blood calcium levels, platelet count, etc. and the occurrence of the above factors and CVS univariate analysis and multivariate Logistic retrospective analysis. Results:255 cases of aSAH patients, a total of 73 cases occur in patients with CVS after aSAH CVS incidence rate of 28.6%; Univariate analysis showed that history of hypertension, smoking history, improved Fisher grade, admission Hunt-Hess grade, small doses of nimodipine with white blood cell count and blood glucose was significantly (P<0.05). The Logistic regression analysis showed that the history of hypertension, smoking history, improved Fisher grade, admission Hunt-Hess grade, with a small dose of Nimodipine and white blood cell count were CVS after aSAH risk factors (P<0.05).Conclusion:the History of hypertension, smoking history, improved high Fisher grade, high admission Hunt-Hess grade were independent risk factors of CVS after aSAH, and a small dose of Nimodipine is a protective factor, white blood cell count is a predictor, which should be controlled by enhancing clinical prevention.
