The Clinical Research Of The Zhichen Decoction And Xiaoshijianpi Ointment In Treating The Children Indigestion(Spleen-qi Deficiency And Food Stasis Syndrome)

Purpose: Observation of Zhichen decoction and xiaoshijianpi ointment in the treatment of children indigestion(spleen-qi deficiency and food stasis syndrome)60 cases of clinical curative effect, evaluating the effect and advantages of Chinese medicine about internal and external treatment,so as to provide clinical basis for traditional Chinese medicine that treating children indigestion.Method: Selected 60 cases of children indigestion randomly divided into two groups: treatment group for 30 cases, give Zhichen decoction and xiaoshijianpi ointment; control group for 30 cases, gave Zhichen decoction. The course of the treatment is 8 days.After 3 courses of discontinuation, stay after the treatment, comparing two groups of curative effect,and followed up for 3 months.Result: The cure rate of the treatment group(cupping adjuvant therapy in children with pneumonia Asthma) was 80%, the total effective rate 96.6%, while the cure rate of the control group was 36.6%, the total effective rate was 83.3%, the cure rate and total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than the control group, comparing the two groups(P<0.05)with significant statistical differences.Conclusion: Through the clinical effect of Zhichen decoction and xiaoshijianpi ointment treating children indigestion concluded that it is safe and effective. Zhichen decoction and xiaoshijianpi ointment can obviously improve the symptoms of children indigestion,shorten the disease course of treatment, and prevent recurrent disease.
