Three Piece With Fist Cutem Therapy Pediatric Exogenous Cough(cold Cough), 120 Cases Of Clinical Curative Effect Observation

Purpose: By observing the three depression piece with infantile cu tem therapy infantile the clinical curative effect of exogenous cough(cold cough).To explore new therapies for the treatment of pediatric exogenous cough.Method: Selected 120 children of exceptions are cough(cold cough), random ly divided into 3 groups: treatment group, 40 cases, giv e oral three flexed and co upled with infantile cutem therapy; 1, 40 cases were treated children per cutem therapy; Control group, 40 cases, 2 to give oral three depression treatment. One course of treatment for 7 days, 1 month follow-up, the therapeutic effect of three groups were compared.Result: Treatment group: 24 cases were cured, 9 cases had marked effect, effectively in 5 cases, ineffective in 2 cases, the total ef fective rate was 95.00%; Control group 1:18 cases were cured, 12 cases were m arkedly effective, effective in 5 cases, 5 cases failed, the total effective rate was 87.50%; Control group 2:14 cases cured, 8 cases were m arkedly effective, effective 9 cases, 9 invalid, the total ef fective rate was 77.50%. T reatment group and control group 1 and group 2 in gender, age, course of the disease and treatment before the distribution of the four aspects of no statis tically significant difference(P > 0.05), data comparable. After treatment, the treatment group in cough better time, primary and secondary symptoms integral, the effect of the overall ef ficiency is better than the control group and the control group 1, 2 and has statistical significance(P < 0.05). 1 compared with the cont rol group 2, and the control group in alleviating sym ptoms and take effect quickly has significant advantage(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Three piece with fist cutem therapy pediatric exogenous cough(cold cough) clinical effect is rem arkable.
