Tengpu Granule In The Treatment Of Ischemic Stroke Recovery (Wind Phlegm Stasis Syndrome)Clinical Research

Purpose: Through the experience of Professor Yang Lihua Tengpu Granule used in the treatment ofischemic stroke recovery(wind phlegm stasis syndrome) patients, in order to prove calming wind and phlegm, has very good clinical effects on promoting blood circulation to remove meridian obstruction recovery of neurological function defect in troke recovery period, the ability of daily life and the improvement of traditional Chinese medical syndrome and so, at the same time prevention for cerebrovascular disease also have certain effect, thus to show that the party has good prospects for clinical application. Through the experience of Professor Yang Lihua vine Pu particles used in the treatment of ischemic stroke recovery(wind phlegmstasis syndrome) patients, in order to prove calming wind and phlegm, has very good clinical effects on promoting blood circulation to remove meridian obstruction recovery of neurological function defect in stroke recovery period, the ability of daily life and the improvement of traditional Chinese medical syndrome and so, at the same time prevention for cerebrovascular disease also have certain effect, thus to show that the party has good prospects for clinical application.Method: In this study, 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 30 cases in each group,using the parallel control method. The treatment group use Tengpu Granule(provided by the particles of Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine), every time 150 ml water flushes the clothing, 2 times a day. The control group use Xingnaozaizao Capsule(approval number: the country medicine accurate Z61020007,manufacturer: Xi’an Datang Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd.), 4 pills each time, half an hour after supper, early oral. 28 days as a Thera. Through the observation of the above 60 cases,through statistical analysis, make an objective evaluation on its safety and efficacy.Result: In this study, the actual cases to 60 cases, shedding and elimination of the cases were in 0 cases.28 days later, in the aspects of improve neurological function, the total effective rate of Tengpu Granule group was 83.33%, another one was 80%, the Wilcoxon rank sum test(P>0.05), in the aspects of improving the ability of daily life, the total effective rate of Tengpu Granule group was 86.67%,another group was 83.33%, statistically(P>0.05), no significant difference, so in the above two aspects, the treatment group and the control group curative effect quite. In improving the TCM syndromes, the total effective rate of Tengpu Granule group was 86.67,rather than the control group’s 80.00%,and In the reduction of syndrome score, there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05),the TengpuGranule group was better than the control group.Conclusion: Oral Tengpu Granule may be effective in the treatment of ischemic stroke(Wind phlegm stasis syndrome), clinical curative effect is better than that of oral administration of Xingnaozaizao Capsule, two groups of drugs can effectively improve neurological function, activities of daily living, and TCM syndrome, but oral Tengpu Granule in improving the TCM is superior to oral Xingnaozaizao Capsule. The medicine has obvious curative effect, value and development prospects of the research, it is worth in clinical application.
