Clinical Study Of Qutan Huayu Granules In Treating Wind, Phlegm And Blood Stasis In The Meridian Recovery Period Of Stroke And Liver And Kidney Yin Deficiency Syndrome

Purpose:To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of the treatment of phlegm and phlegm stasis and liver kidney yin deficiency syndrome by clinical study of dispelling phlegm and removing stasis.Material and method:This study collected 64 outpatients from September 2016 to February 2018 in Second Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Pulandian Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine,Jinzhou traditional Chinese medicine hospital and Donggang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The patients were divided into two groups by multi center and block random method.The treatment group was treated by removing phlegm and removing stasis,the control group was Aspirin Tablets,and the two group was 32 cases.The treatment group was given 1 days of three days of oral administration,and the control group was given 100 mg of aspirin once a day.The two groups took 4 weeks.The changes of NIHSS score,Barthel index and TCM syndrome score before and after treatment were observed.Before and after 4 weeks of each group,each examination was performed.Blood and urine routine tests,liver,kidney function and electrocardiogram were included in the examination.SPSS20.0 statistical software was used to analyze and collect the collected data.Results: 1.the comparison of the two groups: The treatment group and control group were not statistically significant in age and sex(P > 0.05),the treatment group and the control group are comparable;comparison between treatment group and control group before treatment NIHSS score,TCM syndrome score and Barthel index between groups,no significant difference(P > 0.05),with comparability.2.comparison of curative effect: The effective rate of TCM syndrome in the treatment group was 90.63%,the effective rate of TCM syndrome in the control group was 68.75%,and the comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.The effective rate of nerve function defect in the treatment group was 93.75%,the effective rate of nerve function defect in the control group was 62.5%,and the comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.The TCM syndrome scores of the treatment group were significantly lower than those before treatment,and there was a significant difference(P < 0.05).The TCM syndrome scores of the control group were significantly lower than those before treatment,and there was a significant difference(P < 0.05).After treatment,there was a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P < 0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.The NIHSS score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that before treatment(P < 0.05).The NIHSS score of the control group was significantly lower than that before treatment(P < 0.05).After treatment,there was a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P < 0.05),and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.After treatment,the Barthel index in the treatment group was significantly higher than before the treatment(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P > 0.05).3.security analysis : During the treatment,the patient's blood,urine routine,liver,kidney function,and electrocardiogram did not have adverse reactions,and there were no patients who had terminated the study because of adverse reactions.There were no cases of exfoliation and elimination in this study.Conclusion:Qutan Huayu granule has the effects of expelling wind and reducing phlegm,nourishing liver and kidney,improving the neurological function,activities of daily living,TCM symptoms and signs in stroke patients during recovery period.It is effective,safe and reliable,and has good clinical application prospects.
