By TCM symptoms, JOA score and improveclinical curative effect the results of observation, to evaluate curative effect of before and aftertreatment.Result:(1) two groups of patients with main and second symptoms of TCM quantitativescore comparison results show that: the treatment group and control group by respectivelyheavy drug use, the back leg pain with the score, turn the bad ratings, body hair is cool sidescores, limb numbness, score of waist and leg pain and heavy the work time and so on manyaspects of the comparison of all have significant difference (P <0.05), and the treatmentgroup is better than the control group. Signs and symptoms (2) two groups of patients JOAtotal scores and the breakdown low back pain, turn over in bed, movement function integral,bent down to integral and so on various aspects of component integration and improve indexchanges have significant difference (P <0.05), and the treatment group is better than thecontrol group.(3) after two groups of patients with clinical efficacy evaluation results, thetreatment group total effectiveness90.00%, control group total effective rate was76.67%.Significant differences were compared, and the treatment group is better than that of controlgroup, treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group.(4) in the twogroups after2months of follow-up, in patients with recurrent cases compared with significant difference (P <0.05), and the treatment group is better than that of control group, treatmentgroup recurrence rate is lower than the control group.Conclusion:(1) In addition to the certification of analgesic soup to have cold dampnessbizu type lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion good treatment effect and the stability of thelong-term prognosis of clinical control ability, and excellent performance, and does notappear in the process of treating adverse effects, fully shows the characteristics of safe andeffective treatment.
