Acupuncture Jia Ji Point Combined Du Moxibustion Treat Type Cold Dampness Bizu The Clinical Effect Of The Treatment Of Ankylosing Spondylitis

Objective:Observation of jiaji point combined du moxibustion treat type cold dampness bizu ankylosing pondylitis the clinical curative effect.Methods:a total of 66 patients with cold dampness type bizu ankylosing spondylitis,were ran domly divided into treatment group(jiaji point+du moxibustion+western medicine group)33 cases and the control group(jiaji point+wenzhen+western medicine group)33 cases.observed before and after treament in both groups the main symptom ratings quantization points,the main signs(thoracic activity,pillow-wall distance,finger-floor distance,the attachment point index(EI)),laboratory parameters(ESR 、 CRP)changes.Results : treatment group 33 cases,clinical cure 10 cases(29%),15 cases were markedly improved(46.9%),7 cases(21.9%),effective invalid in 1 cases(3.1%),the total effective rate was 97%;the control group 33 cases,clinical recovery in 5 patients(15.6%),9 cases were markedly improved(28.1%),effective 14 cases(43.8%),5 cases were invalid(13%),the total effective rate was 88%;two groups of curative effect comparison,the rank and inspection,P<0.05,suggesting that the treatment group curative effect is better than the control group.main symptom classifying quantization points in the two groups after treatment groups before treatment were lower(P<0.05),the two groups before and after treatment difference comparative difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the treatment group is better than the control group.main signs is to improve the situation in the two groups after treatment groups before treatment were lower(P<0.05),the two groups before and after treatment difference comparative difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the ESR and CRP results the two groups after treatment groups before treatment were lower(P<0.05),the two groups before and after treatment difference comparing with no statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:both groups can improve the cold dampness bizu ankylosing pondylitis the clinical curative effect,which based on jiaji point+du moxibustion+western medicine group curative effect is remarkable.
