Qingfei Zhike Yangyin Decoction In The Treatment Of Cough After Infection (Positive Imaginary Evil Love, Lung Yin Deifciency Type) Clinical Study

Purpose: Observation of Qingfei Zhike Yangyin Decoction in the treatment of coughafter infection (that is the imaginary evil love, lung yin deficiency type) clinical curativeeffect.Method: From2012December to2013August in the outpatient department ofrespiration Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine cough after infection(positive imaginary evil love, lung yin deficiency type) patients, a randomized control method,the treatment group were given oral Qingfei Zhike Yangyin decoction, the control groupreceived strong loquat capsule, treatment for7days, the clinical symptoms of integralevaluation, integral effect.Result: The treatment group and the control group of patients in age, and so on, beforetreatment showed no significant difference, comparable (P>0.05). After treatment, QingfeiZhike Yangyin Decoction group total effectiveness is86.67%, strong loquat capsule group,the other was76.67%(P<0.05). The average treatment duration group therapeutic was3.26±1.173days, shorter than the control group4.22±1.561days (P=0.012<0.05), display QingfeiZhike Yangyin Decoction in the treatment of post infectious cough loquat capsule called quick.cough score0.71±0.58, significantly better than the control group1.28±0.74. Expectorationintegral comparison, the treatment group is0.35±0.46expectoration, integral, the controlgroup was0.75±0.72expectoration, integral, that Qingfei Zhike Yangyin decoction wasbetter than that of the control group with loquat capsule. Pharyngeal itching for the integralsituation, treatment group was0.46±0.73, control group was1.07±1.16.Conclusion: Qingfei Zhike Yin Tang is the treatment of cough after infection (positiveimaginary evil love) and effective method, can improve the symptoms of patients with cough,and so on, and improve the people’s quality of life, worthy of extensive promotion.
