A Randomized Controlled Trial Of Yangyin Qingfei Decoction In The Treatment Of Chronic Pharyngitis With Deficiency Of Lung Yin And Heat

Objective: Find the effect of Yangyin Qingfei decoction on the clinical symptoms of chronic pharyngitis with pulmonary yin deficiency and fever,and to explore the effect of this method on chronic pharyngitis.Methods: by referring to the latest diagnostic and dialectical classification criteria,the criteria for inclusion,exclusion,removal,and shedding were established.Finally,according to the random number table provided by the Statistics and Research Office,66 patients with chronic pharyngitis will meet the standards.At the same time,in accordance with the Chinese medicine dialectical lung yin deficiency fever type,33 cases were randomly divided into control groups,33 cases in the trial group,and the control group was given conventional Western medicine orally.The test group was given Yangyin Qingfei decoction plus or minus oral administration.Both groups of patients were 7 days.For a course of treatment,Both the experimental group and the control group gave two courses of treatment,which were scored before the treatment,7 days before the treatment,and at the end of the treatment.Patients should be truthfully recorded because of the adverse reactions that occurred in this trial.Results: After statistical analysis,the two groups of drugs were effective in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis.The total effective rate of the experimental group was: 100.00<UNK>,and the total effective rate of the control group was: 93.10 <UNK>.After a total of 14 days of clinical observation and data collection in two courses,P<UNK> 0.01 was statistically analyzed,suggesting significant statistical differences.After the trial,afterdetailed questioning of the patients,there was no adverse reaction event in the treatment of the two groups.Conclusion: the results of this study show that the addition and subtraction of yangyin qingfei decoction has a good effect on the treatment of pulmonary yin deficiency febrile chronic pharyngitis,especially in reducing pharyngeal dryness and improving lymphatic follicular hyperplasia of pharynx.In the course of the experiment,no adverse events occurred.
