Bufei Yishen Tongluo Ecoction In The Treatment Of Interstitial Ung Disease (Qi Deficiency Of Lung And Kidney And Collateral Stagnation) Lung CT,Lung Function And Blood Oxygen Change Proclinical Research

Purpose:To observe the effect of decoction of Bufei Yishen Tongluo Decoction in the treatment of interstitial lung disease (ILD) clinical lung CT, pulmonary function, blood oxygen saturation.Method:60cases of patients with interstitial lung disease were collected from2012October to2014February Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine affiliated hospital outpatient and inpatient lung and kidney qi deficiency and collateral stagnation type, were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group patients using Bufei Yishen Tongluo Decoction, the control group used hormone therapy (prednisone), treatment for8weeks, respectively, to observe the the two groups before and after treatment in patients with symptoms, signs, TCM syndrome score, and lung CT, lung function, oxygen saturation of blood there is no improvement.Result:On the basis of clinical observation, the treatment group of30cases,3cases were cured (10%), effective in14cases (46.67%), effective in8cases (26.67%), invalid15cases (16.67%), the total efficiency of83.33%; SpO2improvement rate was82.35%, restrictive ventilation dysfunction improvement rate was31.81%, diffusion function the improvement rate was30%, the ratio of10%lung CT normal; the control group of30cases,2cases were cured (6.67%),6cases (20%), effective in9cases (30%), invalid13cases (43.35%), the total efficiency of56.67%, oxygen saturation improvement rate was46.65%, limitation ventilation the barriers to improvement rate was21.46%, diffusion function improvement rate was14.76%, the ratio of9.57%lung CT normal; the total efficiency of two groups and the clinical effective rate after lung CT statistically (P>0.05) were P<0.05, there was significant difference, the above data show the treatment effect was better than that of treatment group control group. All of the above participant observation of clinical patients in the course of treatment no adverse reaction.Conclusion:The statistical analysis of the data shows, Bufei Yishen Tongluo Decoction has the effect of significantly improved in the treatment of ILD clinical symptoms, lung function, oxygen saturation, the lung CT improvement is not obvious, proved the efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group. Bufei Yishen Tongluo Decoction in the treatment of ILD (lung and kidney qi deficiency and collateral stagnation) has a good clinical efficacy, drug safety, less adverse reaction, is a very valuable and promising clinical treatment.
