Clinical Study Of Yishen Daoxie Jiedu Decoction In Treating Diabetic Nephropathy(Qiyinliangxu Stasis Toxic Syndrome)

Object: Choose Qiyinliangxu Stasis toxic syndrome diabetic nephropathy patients bysystematic clinical observation, and the patients are treated with professor Nanzheng’sdecoction. Discuss the decoction’s therapeutic mechanism scientifically and objectively. Andprovide an effective new method of treatment.Method:70Qiyinliangxu Stasis toxic syndrome diabetic nephropathy patients who arechosen with certain Chinese medicine diagnosis are randomly and double-blind divided intotwo groups by the proportion of1:1, and they are evaluated in syndromes. All patients arerequired in diet, and are given foundation hypoglycemic, lipid-lowering, blood pressure andother symptomatic treatment, then treatment group are given YiShen DaoXie JieDu decoctionwhich is120ml and dosed4times a day20minutes after breakfast, lunch, dinner and beforeslumber. The control group are given Jinshuibao capsule (cordyceps extract),3times a dayand6capsules each time. Observe the various differences before and after treatment after2months, and do the syndromes and therapeutic evaluation.Results:6cases in treatment group are invalid, the total efficiency of77.1%,12cases incontrol group are invalid, the total efficiency of62.9%(P＜0.05), the difference is significant.Urine protein and blood sugar decline and efficacy is better in treatment group.Conclusion: The laboratory tests have achieved satisfactory results in different indicators,and are much better then control group, and there is not significant adverse reactions.Etiologyand pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy is Xiefumoyuan are proved by clinical efficacy,Daoxie is the key to the treatment of this disease.
