Clinical Study Of Bu-Shen Method Combined HCG In Treating Infertility Due To Luteal Phase Deficiency

Objective: The survey is aimed to observe the clinical study of Bu-Shen methodcombined HCG in treating infertility due to LPD and discus the mechanism of actionwhich is combined traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment.Method:60patients were divided into two groups randomly: the treatment groupand the control group. The treatment group was adopting bu-shen-yang-jing soup. At thesame time, the treatment group was also adopting HCG. The control group was adoptingpills of six ingredients with rehmannia、huan-shao and HCG. Three months were a course.Then we need observe the patients’ clinical effects、clinical symptoms before and aftermedication、the change of BBT、changes in the level of endocrine、 follicle developmentand the endometria.Results: The results showed that: by using Bu-Shen method combined HCG intreating infertility due To LPD, the pregnancy rate is77%. In the overall improvements insymptoms, the total effective rate was93%, which is significantly higher than the controlgroup (P <0.05).The patients’ BBT and high temperature phase scores were improved (P <0.05).In the middle of the corpus luteum, the level of P were significantly higher than thecontrol group.Two groups were significantly different (P <0.05).The aspect of improvingthe endometrial thickness and endometrial obviously increased after treatment(P <0.05).Interms of influence of follicular, follicle diameter increased obviously after treatment(P <0.05).Conclusion: The traditional Chinese medicine of bu-shen can adjust itshypothalamus-pituitary-ovarian axis function during the treatment of corpus luteuminsufficiency infertility. It can also promote the mature follicle development、ovariancorpus luteum formation and improve endocrine conditions. What’s more, it can increase the thickness of the endometrium, shorten the migration of BBT and increase the durationof the high temperature phase and its stability. The method that I studied has a goodclinical curative effect and increases the pregnancy rate. This has good adjustment functionof endocrine.
