Object: Using data mining techniques for nearly two decades (1993-2012) Domesticpublished clinical research on Parkinson disease in medical treatment articles wereanalyzed with Analysis of sedative drugs used in the treatment of Parkinson disease law.Methods: The literature search of Parkinson disease in clinical studies medicaltreatment published in the last two decades CNKI Chinese Journal Full-text database,according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria document finishing square. After theestablishment of a database for data cleaning and sedative prescription drug databases,data frequency analysis, the high frequency of drug and drug class, the use of clusteranalysis to get close to the sedative drug compatibility composed of poly drugs and druggroup, and the results were analyzed study on the sedative drug in the treatment ofParkinson disease application compatibility rule.Results: A total of55taste the high frequency of drug sedative drugs24flavor, inthe proportion of high-frequency drugs was41.7%. The frequency of use of20times and13or more sedative drugs flavor, in descending order were: Baishao, Tianma, Shudihuang,Quanxie, Chuanxiong, Danggui, Danshen, Shanzhuyu, Dilong, Gouqizi, Shichangpu,Gancao, Muli. Another respectively drugs and tranquilizers high frequency database clusteranalysis, combined with the expertise of medical drugs to get9couplet medicines and11drug groups.Conclusion: To get the final classification used in sedative drugs for Parkinsondisease, the final rule will be divided into10categories. Treatment of Parkinsondisease, and may choose these sedative drugs, couplet medicines, drug groups, so asto enhance the efficacy of Parkinson disease.
