A Correlation Study Between Thenar Palmprint Morphology Atopy And Allergic Rhinitis

Objective: To observe big thenar palmprint atopy of the patients with allergic rhinitisand discuss formation mechanism of the signs and its clinical significance. This studycan provide clinical basis for allergic disease and big thenar palmprint atopy, and providea new train of thought according to the signs for the early diagnosis and early interventionof allergic rhinitis.Methods:185patients with allergic rhinitis in our hospital clinics from March2012to December2012was observation group,185cases of normal people was controlgroup.Observe big thenar palmprint features and divide them into four grades(â… , â…¡, â…¢,â…£), and made the big thenar palmprint atopy judgment standard:grade I and gradeII are thenegative (-),grade â…¢ and grade â…£ are positive (+).Patients with allergic rhinitis weretreated by skin prick method to detect the allergens. The observation group and the controlgroup of thenar palmprint features were statistically compared classification,Characteristics of thenar palmprint form simple rhinitis and rhinitis complicated withasthma in the observation group were compared and analyzed, the observation group in thethenar Palmprint Feature and history and inhalation allergen by correlation analysis.Results: The observation group and the control group of thenar dermatoglyphicfraction had significant difference (P <0.05), suggest that the allergic rhinitis patientsthenar palmprint pattern characteristically; Palmprint morphological characteristicsbetween patients with rhinitis and rhinitis complicated with asthma was not statisticallysignificant (P>0.05); No difference was found between the allergic rhinitis patients ofthenar palmprint pattern classification and history (P>0.05), suggesting that they have nocorrelation; Thenar palmprint classification and dust mite positive degree correlation (P <0.05), thenar palmprint classification and pollen positive degree is no correlation (P>0.05),there was no correlation between the thenar palmprint classification and mold positivedegree (P>0.05). Conclusion: Big thenar palmprint pattern of the patients with allergic rhinitis haspositive characteristics, Allergic rhinitis patients with thenar palmprint pattern does notchange with the length of the history, is relatively constant, born with, had no correlationwith the severity of allergic inflammation, has a certain correlation with dust mite allergenspositive degree, no correlation with pollen, mold positive degree, suggesting the thenarPalmprint Feature in allergic rhinitis patients with positive the possibility of dust miteallergy, provide clinical basis of thenar Palmprint Feature of allergic diseases in this study.
