Clinical Curative Effect Of Warming Kidney Yang Decoction In The Treatment Of Allergic Rhinitis With Deficiency Of Kidney-yang

Objective:To observe clinical efficacy of Warming Kidney Yang Decoction in the treatment of allergic rhinitis with deficiency of kidney-yang.Methods:We collect 60 patients with allergic rhinitis from renal yang deficiency pattem.The patients were divided into two groups.The group of patients with Warming Kidney Yang Decoction which called the treatment group had 30 cases.The group of patients with desloratadine citrate disodium which called the control group also had 30 cases.The treatment group was given Warming Kidney Yang Decoction and patients drank it in the morning and evening.The control group was given desloratadine citrate disodium and patients took it at bedtime.The courses of treatment are 14 days in the two groups.We recorded and analysed symptom scores,sign scores and accompanied symptom scores.We record statistical information on the same day of medical treatment,the seventh day and the fourteenth day.Result1.Efficacy of symptoms and signs:Before and after treatment for 7 days,the treatment group was not statistically significant(p>0.05),and the control group was significantly different(p<0.05).Before and after treatment for 14 days,the two groups were all significantly different(P<0.01).Both Warming Kidney Yang Decoction and desloratadine citrate disodium can significantly improve the symptoms and signs of patients with kidney yang deficiency type allergic rhinitis,but Warming Kidney Yang Decoction has a slower onset of action.2.Efficacy of nasal congestion:On the 14th day of treatment,there was a significant difference in nasal congestion between the group of patients with Warming Kidney Yang Decoction and the group of patients with desloratadine citrate disodium(P<0.01).From the difference before and after treatment in the two groups,the difference in nasal congestion was significantly different(P<0.O1).The absolute value of the difference in the treatment group was greater.The results showed that Warming Kidney Yang Decoction is superior to desloratadine citrate disodium in improving nasal congestion.3.Efficacy of accompanied symptoms:Before and After treatment for 14 days,there was a significant difference in the accompanied symptoms in the treatment group(P<0.01)and no statistical significance in the control group(P>0.05).The results showed that Warming Kidney Yang Decoction can significantly improve the accompanied symptoms of kidney yang deficiency and the effect is significantly better than that of desloratadine citrate disodium.4.Evaluation of clinical efficacy:The total effective rate was 86.6%in the group of patients with Warming Kidney Yang Decoction and 90%in the group of patients with desloratadine citrate disodium.There is no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).The clinical efficacy of Warming Kidney Yang Decoction in the treatment of allergic rhinitis with deficiency of kidney-yang is equivalent to desloratadine citrate disodium.Conclusion1.Warming Kidney Yang Decoction is effective for treatment of allergic rhinitis with deficiency of kidney yang,The clinical efficacy of Warming Kidney Yang Decoction is equivalent to desloratadine citrate disodium.2.Warming Kidney Yang Decoction is slower than desloratadine citrate disodium in improving symptoms and signs of allergic rhinitis with deficiency of kidney-yang.3.Warming Kidney Yang Decoction is effective in improving symptoms of nasal congestion and accompanied symptoms of kidney yang deficiency.And the effect is superior to that of desloratadine citrate disodium.
