Objective: Observed the clinical effects of Massage with Sifeng bloodletting treatedmesenteric lymphadenitis of heat remaining in the stomach and intestines type in children,so as to provide a safe, effective and normative therapy.Methods:90children conforming to standard diagnostic code, exclusion rule andinclusion rule were divided into Massage combined with Sifeng Bloodletting group,Massage group and Sifeng group by standard diagnostic code, each group was30cases.Massage group: using manipulation therapy, treated every child one time every day,Every7times were a course of treatment. Sifeng Bloodletting group: using bloodlettingtreatment in Sifeng, treated every child once every3day. Every2times were a course oftreatment. Massage combined with Sifeng Bloodletting group: Treatment, course oftreatment were the same to Massage group and Sifeng Bloodletting group. After a courseof treatment, the effectiveness, compliance and security of each group was observed.Results: The cure rate of the comprehensive group was83.33%,the massage groupwas46.67%,The sifeng group was40.00%,The differences in cure rate of three groups hadsignificant difference(P<0.05). The total score of the comprehensive group compared withthe massage group and sifeng group is extremely significant difference(P<0.01);Laboratory tests of the comprehensive group compared with the massage group and sifenggroup had significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusions:Massage combined with Sifeng bloodletting was a very safe andeffective therapeutic approach for children with mesenteric lymphadenitis of heat remaining in the stomach and intestines type. It was worthy of promotion and applicationfor the future.
