| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the treatment of laryngeal arthralgia,lung and stomach heat.Methods: Clinical observation and treatment of 60 cases of laryngeal arthralgia,lung and stomach hot type.By the way of randomized control,they were divided into experimental group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).The experimental group was treated with Kaiyong acupuncture method,and the control group was treated with Pudilan Xiaoyan Oral Solution.The course of treatment was 9 days.The curative effect was observed according to the comprehensive symptoms and local signs of the pharynx before and after treatment.Results: After 9 days of treatment,among the 30 subjects in the experimental group,3 patients were cured,23 were significantly effective,4 were effective,and 0 were ineffective.The total effective rate of the experimental group was 100%.Among the 30 observed subjects in the control group,1 patient was cured,12 patients showed significant effect,16 patients showed effective effect,and 1 patient showed no effect.The total effective rate of the control group was 96.67%,and there was significant difference in the overall effective rate data between the two groups(P<0.05),and the curative effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group.There was a significant statistical difference in the improvement of local signs between the two groups(P<0.05),and the experimental group had a significant advantage over the control group.Conclusion:The treatment of lung and stomach hot arthralgia has a quick effect,which is of great significance to relieve the pain of patients and shorten the treatment time.As an external treatment method with traditional Chinese medicine characteristics promoted by the tutor,kaiyong pricking blood method is a new treatment idea and method for laryngoarthralgia,which can be used and popularized in the clinical treatment of laryngoarthralgia. |
