Objective:To investigate the effects and mechanisms of transcutanclus electrical acupoint stimulation(TEAS)changes in serum sex hormone,sinus follicular number,ovary blood flow and the influence of the pregnancy outcome of the patients with ovarian poor response.Methods:96cases kidney women diagnosed of ovarian low response were randomly divided into three groups,32cases in the TEAS contact with medicine artificial cycle group,32cases in the TEAS group,32cases in the medicine artificial cycle group.Both TEAS contact with medicine artificial cycle group and medicine artificial cycle group were offered western medicine artificial cycle; Both TEAS contact with medicine artificial cycle group and TEAS group additionally undergone electroâ€acupuncture treatment.Oberved changes in Kidney symptom scores,serum sex hormone,AMH,sinus follicular number,ovary blood flow before and after intervention. The patients undergoing invitrofertilization and embryo transfer (IVFâ€ET) adopt Ultrashort scheme,while the observation group add with TEAS to HCG injecting day,Observed the doses and days of gonadotrophin(Gn),hormone levelsthickness of e n d o m e t r i u m (E2) o n t h e H C G i n j e c t i n g d a y. Compared the number of matured oocytes outcome, the rate of fertilization, high grade oocyte and embryo,cryopreservation of embryo,cycle canceling rate.Results:1. Kidney symptoms were improved of the three groups, with obvious decrease of basal FSH and E2of the level and increase of antral follicle number after3month’s intervention(P<0.05),and the TEAS contact with medicine artificial cycle group and TEAS group significantly increased compared with medicine artificial cycle group(P<0.05), But there was no difference between them(P>0.05).2.Ovary blood flow index: PIã€RI reduced in the TEAS contact with medicine artificial cycle and TEAS group(P<0.05). But there was no difference between them(P>0.05).3.The level of E2on the HCG injecting day of the TEAS contact with medicine artificial cycle group and TEAS group has been significantly improved compared with medicine artificial cycle group(P<0.05)But there was no difference between them(P>0.05).4. Sum of women with pregnancy in TEAS group has been higher than TEAS contact with medicine artificial cycle and medicine artificial cycle group,but without significant difference(P>0.05).5. The number of retrieved oocytes of TEAS contact with medicine artificial cycle group has been significantly higher than medicine artificial cycle group(P<0.05),the high grade oocyte rate of TEAS has been significantly higher than medicine artificial cycle group(P<0.05).6.The former two groups do have a better effect than the medicine artificial cycle group on the basis of statistics(P<0.05).But there was no statistical difference between their(P>0.05).Conclusions:The TEAS could modulate the hypothalamusâ€pituitaryâ€ovary axis of the patients with ovarian low response, improve ovary blood flow and ovarian reaction, increase the number of retrieved oocytes so as to improve the high grade oocyte rate. The research results of the improvement of ovarian function and the pregnancy outcome of the patients with ovarian low response provide the theory basis and the treatment method. |
