The Clinical Observation Of Therapeutic Effect Of Regulating Liver And Invigorating Kidney And Activating Blood Combined With Valsartan In Treating The Patients With Incipient Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective: To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of regulating liver andinvigorating kidney and activating blood combined with valsartan in treating the patientswith incipient diabetic nephropathy.Methods：The topic is from the patients diagnosed60patients as type2diabeticnephropathy patients in phase Ⅲ of in-patient and out-patient area of endocrinologicaldepartment of the affiliated hospital of Shandong University of Traditional ChineseMedicine. According to the order of treatment, they were divided into two groupsrandomly, the treatment group (n=30) and the control group (n=30).30patients intreatment group were treated with regulating liver and invigorating kidney and activatingblood combined with valsartan;30patients in control group were treated with valsartan,with the treatment course of12weeks for both groups. Chinese medical pattern,therapeutic effect, blood sugar, blood liquid, glycosylated hemoglobin, urinary albuminexcretion rate (UNER) and urinary albumin creatinine ratio were observed before and aftertreatment in both groups.Results：Through clinical observation, the treatment group is more significant thanthe control group(P<0.01) in improving the clinical symptoms, urinary albumin excretionrate(UNER), urinary albumin creatinine ratio of patients and other relative indexes. Noabnormal changes and significant adverse events were observed in blood, urine, and stoolroutine, liver and kidney function and ECG of patients before and after treatment, which iswith the secured safety. Conclusion：Regulating liver and invigorating kidney and activating blood combinedwith valsartan in the treatment of incipient diabetic nephropathy can decrease urinaryalbumin excretion significantly, prevent the appearance of a large amount of albuminuria,slow or even block the development of the procession of disease and improve the clinicalsymptoms of patients significantly. Simultaneously, the efficacy of combination of normalwestern medicine therapy is superior to the treatment of simple western medicine.
