Observation Of The Therapeutic Effect Of Invigorating The Spleen And Kidney And Activating Blood For The Treatment Of Early Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective: In order to observe the spleen and tonifying the kidney and promoting blood circulation for the treatment of renal sugar composition of the conga subtraction on early diabetic nephropathy(DN)clinical efficacy and to explore its mechanism of action.Methods: 60 cases were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group,the control group treatment on the basis of valsartan(80mg/ tablets)1 capsules daily,the treatment group added sugar kidney conga in the control group therapy based on the subtraction,observed for 8 weeks.The clinical and laboratory indexes before and after treatment between the two groups.Results: The results of the two groups were better than those before the treatment,and the comprehensive effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.The treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the symptoms and signs of the patients.The two groups had a good effect in reducing blood sugar,blood fat,urine protein and renal function.The treatment group was better than the control group in improving blood lipid,urine protein and renal function.There was no difference in the blood glucose between the two groups.Conclusion: Jianpi Bushen Huoxue method can effectively reduce blood sugar,regulate blood lipids,reduce urinary protein,improve urinary beta 2 microglobulin and serum cystatin and other early renal function,and affirmed the clinical effect of strengthening the spleen,invigorating the kidney and activating blood circulation.
