Study On Improving Quality Standard Of Maipingpian

Maipingpian was preparated by the extract of Ginkgo biloba (EGb) leaves, Rutin, Polygoni Mutiflori Radix,Rddix Angelicae Sinensis and Vitamin C,which can promot blood flow and resolving masses, it’s mainly clinical application as follows:chest and heart diseases ect. The standard of Maipingpian is the National Drug Standard of State Food and Drug Administration(WS-10298(ZD-02987)-2002-2012Z).Through the analysis of the prescription,we do the research:(一) TLC indentification of Maipingpian which conclude the EGb, Polygoni Mutiflori Radix, Rddix Angelicae Sinensis and Vitamin C.After selecting the chromatographic conditions,we listed the specific and simple TLC methods of EGb and Polygoni Mutiflori Radix in the standard(draft).(二) Study on the content determination about the main active ingredient of Maipingpian.(1)Revised the determination method of Rutin from the original standard;(2)Determinated the main Flavonoids active ingredient (Quercetin, Kaempferol, Isorhamnetin)of EGb by HPLC;(3)Also determinated the main active ingredient(Bilobalide, Ginkgolide A,GinkgolideB,GinkgolideC) of EGb by HPLC-ELSD;(4)Study on the2,3,5,4’-tetrahydroxy stilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside, free emod-in and physcion of Polygoni Mutiflori Radix by HPLC;(5)Study the determination method of Vitamin C.Finally,we revised the content limit of Rutin is4.5-7.5mg per piece of Maipingpian,and listed the determination methods of Terpene lactones and Flavonoids in the quality standard(draft),which have the reliable and reproducible results.The standard of MaiPingPian listed in this paper is simple,specific and reproducible;it also can more effectively control the quality of MaiPingPian.
