Study Of Pancreatic Metergasis Of Patients With Hemorrhagic Fever With Renal Syndrome

Objective：To study the dynamic change of pancreas function level of hemorrhagicfever with renal syndrome(HFRS) patients on the process of febrile phase, hypotensivephase, oliguric phase, diuretic phase, convalescent phase and to research therelationship between the dynamic change and the severity,staging of patients.Furthermore prompt clinical attention should be paid to HFRS pancreas damage.Method：There are22patients of HFRS income of our hospital during2010and2013,to collect data with retrospective analysis method, compare the difference of thepancreas function indicators serum amylase(AMY) and serum lipase(LIP) betweenpatients on Febrile phase, hypotensive phase, oliguric phase, diuretic phase,convalescent phase and10healthy controls; compare the level of two indicators in light,medium, severe and critically patients with10healthy controls.Results：1.Statistical analysis shows there was so significant difference onhospitalization days between pancreatic dysfunction HFRS patients and healthy controls(P<0.05).2. A total of22cases of HFRS patients,14cases (63.64%) occurred pancreaticdysfunction, there are three cases in which the light group,4cases of medium-sizedgroups, heavy three cases,4cases of critically ill.3.Various types of HFRS patientsserum pancreatic function indicators are significantly higher than healthy controls (P <0.05), and increasing with level of the illness severity. Amy, Lip concentration in serumfrom low to high followed by light（92.99±8.56U/L，85.06±8.17mmol/L）、medium patient（s248.41±16.89U/L，205.98±9.72mmol/L）、severe patient（s251.63±23.10U/L，223.63±5.42mmol/L）、critically patients（253.10±13.49U/L，349.86±28.70mmol/Lmmol/L）. Various types had significant difference（P<0.05）.4.Each phase of HFRSpatients serum pancreatic function indicators levels were significantly higher than thosein healthy controls (P<0.05）. Amy, Lip concentration in serum from low to highfollowed by oliguric phase（316.22±52.24U/L，408.89±47.25mmol/L）、hypotensivephase（222.26±18.90U/L，305.14±79.71mmol/L）,diuretic phase（205.75±30.79U/L，243.86±63.97mmol/L）,convalescent phase （121.32±22.72U/L，131.78±40.06mmol/L）、 febrile phase （105.55±10.30U/L，94.11±14.41mmol/L）.There wasstatistically differences between febrile phase and hypotensive phase, oliguric phase,diuretic phase, convalescent phase（P<0.05）.Conclusion:The pancreas function indicators of patients with HFRS is correlated withthe degree of HFRS and can be used to assess the staging and patient condition，todetect pancreatic function has the important clinical reference value on the judgement ofthe stage and severity of HFRS, guiding treatment and judging prognosis.
