| Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of emergency Zhitong granulein the treatment of diarrhea predominant irritable bowel syndrome（IBS-D).Methods： according to the random,the principle of control will meet the diagnosticcriteria of100cases of eligible subjects screening group,were randomly divided intoexperimental group and control group,two cases were assigned to1：1. Theexperimental group was given priorities pain particles,water flushes the clothing, dayone,sooner or later the service. The control group was given Perineurium BromideTablets (50mg/) three times a day of treatment，observation of clinical signs,oro-cecaltransit time,symptoms and blood,urine,stool routine,electrocardiogram,liver andkidney function of safety inspection,after treatment,to evaluate the clinical efficacyand safety.Results: after the treatment of two patients with symptom score, in five aspects theabdominal pain, abdominal distension, fatigue,aversion to cold,lumbago,there wassignificant difference between two groups (P<0.05), the test group was better thanthe control group;after treatment of oro-cecal time changes,determination ofhydrogen breath test oro-cecal time. Results: two groups of mouth blind time wereprolonged, differences between the two groups were significant (P<0.05), intestinalmotility and improve the test group was better than control group. Curative effect analysis results: in the experimental group-markedly effective rate of66.67%,efficiency of91.67%. The control group-markedly effective rate of45.84%,efficiency of70.84%. Differences between the two groups were significant (P<0.05),the test group was better than control group, while the two security detection and noobvious side effects.Conclusion：emergency Zhitong granule can relieve diarrhea type irritable bowelsyndrome symptoms， reduce abdominal pain， regulating gastrointestinal motility，the treatment of diarrhea predominant irritable bowel syndrome is safe and effective，and worthy of further promotion. |
