Clinical Research On Regulation Of Medicines For The Treatment Of Diarrhea-predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome By Professor Xie Jingri

Objective:Applying the traditional Chinese medicine for Professor Xie Jingri’s treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome,this thesis explores the medicine prescription and the principles of using medicines.Methods:Collecting the detail case history of Professor Xie Jingri’s patients who suffered from diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome in the first hospital affiliated to Heilongjiang Traditional Chinese Medicine from January,2011 to December,2016.Applying Microsoft Excel to obtain high frequency traditional Chinese medicine,usual medicines,the main four Qi,five flavors as well as meridian entry by frequency analysis;applying IBM SPSSStatistics 18.0 software application to obtain common medicines and drug regimen by cluster analysis.This thesis explores clinical principles of medicine based on Professor Xie Jingri’s diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome.Results:According to the cases included in the standard collection of 168 patients’ formula prescriptions,involving 115 medicinals,the medicinals total frequency of 4013 times;which use the frequency of more than 50times the Chinese herbs for the 32 medicinals,the cumulative requency of 74.36%,which Radix Bupleuri,Radix paeoniae,Coicis semen,Divaricate saposhniovia root,Dioscorea opposite,Atratylodes macrocephala,Poria cocos,White hyacinth bean,Pericarpium citri reticulatae,Radix codonopsis,Liquorice,Astraalus membranaceus,Amomi fructus,Atractylods lancea,Schisadrae chinensis fructus,Psoraleae fructus,Terminalia chebula,Nutmeg,Evodiae fructus,for the treatment of the core of the disease medication.Involving 14 types of Chinese herbs,which use the most frequency of tonify medicinal,followed by astringent medicinal,qi-regulating medicinal,aromatic damp resolving drug.The results showed that the medicinal properties of traditional Chinese medicine were characterized by the use of warmth in four qi,and the others were mild and cold in turn;And five flavors lined up the herbs as sweetness,bitterness,pungency;The top four of meridian entry summarized are lined up for the spleen,lung,stomach,liver.There are 9 pair of commonly used combination of drug pair and 6 group of commonly used drug combination according to the cluster analysis.Conclusion:1.Radix Bupleuri,Radix paeoniae,Coicis semen,Divaricate saposhniovia root,Dioscorea opposite,Atratylodes macrocephala,Poria cocos,White hyacinth bean,Pericarpium cirri reticulatae,Radix codonopsis,Liquorice,Astragalus membranaceus,Amomi fructus,Atractylods lancea,Schisandrae chinensis fructus,Psoraleae fructus,Terminalia chebula,Nutmeg,Evodiae fructus,are the very core medication for Professor X i e Jingri’s treatment of Diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome.2.Tonify medicinal,astringent medicinal,qi-regulating medicinal are the common medication categories for Professor Xie Jingri’s treatment of Diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome.3.Sweetness,bitterness,pungency;warmth,neutral;spleen meridian,lung meridian stomach meridian,liver meridian are the main flavor and meridian entry for Professor Xie Jingri’s treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome.4.Smooth the liver and release depression,activate and transpotation spleen,resolve dampness,invigorate yang astringent are Professor Xie Jingri the base methods.
