Traditional Chinese Medicine Of Supplementing Qi And Nourishing Yin,Removing Stasis Method Combined With Gamma Knife Therapeutic Effect In The Treatment Of Advanced Non Small Cell Lung Cancer

Objective:Through the traditional Chinese medicine of Supplementing Qi and nourishing yin、removing blood stasis and resolving static blood method combined with gamma knife in the treatment of advanced non small cell lung cancer were observed in patients with solid tumor changes, TCM syndrome, body weight and changes of KPS scores, Tlymphocyte subpopulation changes, so as to evaluate its curative effect.Methods:70patients with advanced non small cell lung cancer were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with35cases in each group, the treatment group were given Supplementing Qi and nourishing yin、removing blood stasis and resolving static blood of Chinese medicine combined with gamma knife treatment, and control group was treated with gamma knife treatment, observation of curative effect of2groups.Results:In the treatment group according to response evaluation criteria in solid tumors efficiency is66%, control group efficiency is60%, suggesting a higher effective rate in the treatment group and the control group, but the efficiency comparison, no significant difference (P>0.05); TCM syndrome score in treatment group improved rate than the control group, and there was significant the difference (P<0.05); treating group compared with control group, KPS score improvement rate is high, and there was statistical significance (P<0.01); the treatment group compared with control, weight gain and stable efficiency was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). The treatment group CD3+, CD4+and CD4+/CD8+increased significantly after treatment in January (P<0.05), CD8+significantly decreased (P<0.05), the control group after treatment, CD3+, CD4+, CD4+/CD8+decreased slightly (P>0.05), CD8+increased slightly (P>0.05), treating group compared with control group, CD3+after treatment, CD4+and CD4+/CD8+increased (P<0.05), CD8+significantly decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion:The traditional Chinese medicine of Supplementing Qi and nourishing yin、removing blood stasis and resolving static blood method combined with gamma knife in the treatment of advanced non small cell lung cancer,can improve the quality of life, increase or in patients with stable weight, reduce symptoms, improve the patients’ immune function, and to a certain extent stabilize lesions or even make the lesions disappeared.
