The Clinical Observation Of TCM And Western Medicine Treatment For Endometriosis-associated Infertility

Object:Try to observe hormone characteristics and B ultrasound via vagina of serum CA125positive infertile patients with endometriosis,analyzed the pathological and physiological characteristics,reasons for the EMs of infertility..infertility for more objective diagnosis:By treated with TCM artificial cyclic therapy combined Dydrogesterone Tablets, then to observe its clinical effect,provide the theoretical basis for the application of integrated traditional and Western medicine treatment of EMs infertility,explore the method can effectively improve the pregnancy rate of combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Methods:138cases with positive serum CA125EMs in patients with infertility were randomly divided into the treatment group of80cases (TCM artificial cyclic therapy) and control group of58cases(Dydrogesterone Tablets),serum LH,FSH,PRL, B ultrasound via vagina and transvaginal endometrial and ovarian follicle exploration growth respectively,observed before and after treatment,clinical symptoms improved status after treatment,and serum CA125,PRL,FSH/LH and the changes of pregnancy, LUFS and EP.Results:After the therapy,the syndrome of dysmenorrhea,the negative rate of serum CA125,the level of PRL and the occurrence of LUFS compared with the control group,there was significant difference (P<0.05);Before the therapy, the clinical pregnancy rate, FSH/LH, combined with EP of the two groups,The difference is significant (P<0.05);but after the treatment, The difference is nonsignificant between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:The determination of serum CA125is helpful to the diagnosis of EMs.and the patients of the serum CA125less than50U/ml.EMs of infertility can be responsible for the high PRL,low state of LH,which lead to the occurrence of LUFS,effecting the combination of sperm and egg,and EP affected the receptivity of endometrium,which effecting the implantation of fertilized eggs. TCM artificial cyclic therapy combined Dydrogesterone Tablets can improve the patients’clinical symptoms,decreasing the level of serum CA125,PRL,also improving ovari an function (improvement the low state of LH) and the receptivity of endometrial,which could improve the clinical pregnancy rate.
