| ObjectiveTo investigate the serum levels of MMP-9(matrix metalloproteinase-9),TIMP-1(matrix metalloproteinase inhibitor-1),and sflt-1(vascular endothelial growth factor)in endometriosis(EM)patients with infertility Expression levels and clinical significance of IGF-I(insulin growth factor-1)and MCP-1(monocyte chemoattractant protein-1).Methods50 patients with simple EM(single EM group),35 patients with EM combined with infertility(EM combined with infertility group)and 30 healthy medical examinations were collected as subjects from January 1st,2017 to January 2019.Serum MMP-9,TIMP-1,sflt-1,IGF-I,MCP-1 levels and MMP-9/TIMP-1 values were measured and compared between groups.Pearson analysis was used to analyze the correlation between each index and r-AFS staging of EM combined infertility patients.ResultsThere were significant differences in serum MMP-9,TIMP-1,sflt-1,IGF-I,MCP-1 and MMP-9/TIMP-1 between the three groups(P<0.05).Compared between groups,the levels of MMP-9,IGF-I,MCP-1 and MMP-9/TIMP-1 in the EM group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the levelof TIMP-1,sflt-1 was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the levels of MMP-9,IGF-I,MCP-1 and MMP-9/TIMP-1 in EM combined infertility group were significantly higher than those in EM group and control group,and TIMP-1,sflt-1 level was significantly lower than that in simple EM group.And control group(P<0.05).Serum MMP-9,IGF-I,MCP-1 levels and MMP-9/TIMP-1 values were significantly positively correlated with r-AFS staging of EM patients with infertility(P<0.01),TIMP-1,sflt-1 levels was significant negative correlation with r-AFS staging(P<0.01).ConclusionsThe changes of serum MMP-9,TIMP-1,sflt-1,IGF-I,MCP-1 and MMP-9/TIMP-1 in female ovulation stage are closely related to the incidence of infertility caused by EM and EM.The expression levels of serum MMP-9,TIMP-1,sflt-1,IGF-I and MCP-1 were measured during ovulation,which better diagnosed EM with infertility and evaluated prognosis. |
