| Objective:Compare the effects of On-the-point pressing on changes of inhibitory neurotransmitter in the anterior horn of spinal cord nerve of muscle spasticity after stroke in rats. Through the study on the assessment unit four biceps muscle tension and the effect of spinal cord anterior horn inhibitory neurotransmitter(Glycine, Y-aminobutyric acid) content with interventions of pressing to muscle tendon, pressing to the belly of the muscle and stretch training on muscle spasticity after stroke rat model. Investigate the mechanism of muscle spasticity after stroke used On-the-point pressing, and provide scientific basis for further elaboration on the material basis of the method and experimental basis for clinical prevention and treatment of muscle spasm after stroke. Methods:Rats were randomly divided into blank group, model group, pressing to muscle tendon group, and pressing to the belly of the muscle group,10rats in each group. Using the method of the right external carotid artery of rat thread inserted to establish the experimental cerebral ischemia rat model of middle cerebral artery. After the model rats were observed for1day,they were in the stroke spasticity, according to the test factors to treatment. On-the-point pressing used by operation treatment instrument of rat femoral head four muscle, intervention for5days. The muscle tension of unit four biceps was evaluated, and then handle animals, the indexes in the gray matter tissue of the spinal cord anterior horn of the L1-L3segment were measured. Observe the content of glycine and Y-aminobutyric acid (GABA) in each sample. Results:1, The muscle tension was assessed by modified Ashworth scale, and decreased in pressing to muscle tendon group, pressing to the belly of the muscle group rats compared with the model group, with significant difference (p<0.01). The muscle tendon group rats decreased more significant (p<0.01) than pressing to the belly of the muscle group. The muscle tension changes in the muscle belly massage group muscle had no significant difference (p>0.05).2, The content of glycine and GABA in the gray matter tissue of the spinal cord anterior horn were observed, and increased in pressing to muscle tendon group, pressing to the belly of the muscle group rats compared with the model group, with significant difference (p<0.01). pressing to the belly of the muscle group. The content changes of glycine and GABA in pressing to muscle tendon group, and pressing to the belly of the muscle group had no significant difference (p>0.05).Conclusions:1, Pressing to muscle tendon and the belly of the muscle can improve the rat muscle spasticity after stroke, the unit four biceps muscle tension decreased, while the muscle tendon group is better.2, Pressing to muscle tendon and the belly of the muscle can improve the content of glycine and GABA in the gray matter of the spinal cord anterior horn of rat tissue, the effect in muscle tendon group is more significant.3, The self-made On-the-point pressing Machine can lead a better simulation of On-the-point pressing. It can avoid the influence of the human factor to the experiment results. |
