| Pulse signal contains rich information of human body. The description of the pulsecondition in traditional Chinese medicine is very abstract, subjective, not easy to be analyzedand compared, while modern technology has not been widely used in traditional Chinesemedicine, and research for the pulse information is not thorough. Therefore, in order to selectthe appropriate way to express the pulse, intuitively quantify and compare the pulsecharacteristic parameters, and find the relation between the energy of pulse power spectrumand the human body, the method of traditional Chinese medicine pulse diagram and powerspectrum analysis was studied in this paper.In the aspect of traditional Chinese medicine pulse diagram, this paper combines thetheory of traditional Chinese medicine and the pulse characteristics, analyzes and comparesthe charts of acupressure-finger feeling trend, pulse width, length, waves. The pulse waveschart is selected to describe the pulse. The typical cycle of pulse signal is selected, and theamplitude and time of typical periodic signals are normalized through importing the pulse data.Then extract the characteristic parameters.In the aspect of power spectrum analysis, this paper comprehensively analyzes theadvantages and disadvantages of a variety of power spectral density algorithm applied to thepulse research in traditional Chinese medicine, select the appropriate power spectrumalgorithm. power spectrum analysis is based on the results of typical cycle selection andnormalized using the pulse data of the radial artery. Consequently find the main frequencyform of the pulse signal, the harmonic energy of power spectrum, and the ratio of the powerspectrum energy in each frequency band.In the aspect of the pulse diagram and power spectrum calculation method validation, thispaper analyzes the pulse diagram parameters and power spectrum characteristics of slipperypulse and string pulse by comparing the pulse diagram, power spectrum and the pulsedescription in traditional Chinese medicine, verifies the description of the “manifestationâ€concept in normalization processing method for the traditional Chinese medicine pulse.Demonstrate the rationality of the pulse diagram and the power spectrum calculating methodby comparing the pulse data before and after illness in actual cases. Find the certain relation between the energy distribution of each frequency band and pulse characteristics by using thepulse data in multiple cases. |
